2. DrawSpace
Drawspace is a free online resource for artists, which offers very informative drawing lessons for different levels. These lessons can be printed and downloaded.

3. LiveBrush
LiveBrush is a drawing tool where a brush tool is used to create graphics. It offers over 100 styles and decorations. Graphics, collage and abstract art can be created with this tool.

4. Queeky
Queeky is an online drawing community with unique drawing tools such as QueekyPaint, MultiDraw and Queeky Art Player. The Queeky drawing tool is also available in mobile version.
5. SwarmSketch
SwarmSketch is an ongoing online canvas where each week a popular search term is chosen which becomes the sketch subject for the week. Each user contributes a line or two.

SketchSwap is a fun drawing tool, which offers a simple sketchpad to the user. When the sketch is made, it is swapped with some one else’s sketch. A fun feature of this tool is that the drawing is animated in front of you.
14. Imagination Cubed
Imagination Cubed is a simple and user-friendly drawing tool by GE which lets you use tools like size, color, style, pencil, shapes, stamper, line, typing and background color. It has an option of playback, which lets you use it as a diagram tool as well.

Pixie is a drawing application that is designed for children. It offers features such as clipart, backgrounds, lines, shapes, brush tool, stickers and many amazing colors. In Pixie, pictures can be saved as individuals or can be prepared as a slide show.

I was surprised to see Zwibbler missing from the list.
Zwibbler is an online tool that lets you quickly sketch your ideas, as if it were the back of a napkin. Plus, it hosts the image for you so you can link to it or include it in wikis or blog posts.
You can also download the drawing as PNG or PDF.

Sadaf, This is amazing! The best I’ve seen for all levels. I’ve been looking for just this. I’m researching and determined to finally draw, paint, etc. and this is what I needed to move me forward.
