Ever wondered if someone is secretly logging into your Facebook account? Well it is easy to figure out now by simply checking out your Facebook Account Security settings.
–> Go to Facebook.com
–> Account
–> Account Settings
–> Account security
Here you will find all the recent logging activity for your Facebook account. It shows a list of all computers and mobile devices that have logged into your Facebook account and when. It further tells you the approximate geographic location of the device, based on the IP address, which was used to access your Facebook account.
If you notice any suspicious activity, say if you use Windows and Internet Explorer and you see device listed is Chrome on MacOSX, than simply click on the corresponding “end activity” link and it will instantly log your account out from that particular machine.
For extra security, you could chose to receive email and SMS alerts if someone else tries to log into your Facebook account from an unknown computer or mobile phone.
If you are accessing Facebook from US, you may also want to check out other security features such as one time passwords and secure browsing (https).
