Losing your wallet can be a dreadful experience, but LastPass Wallet has everything that will make it far less terrible for you to start over again. As a recent addition to the LastPass password manager’s mobile suite, the LastPass Wallet app for iPhone and iPad is surely another feather in the cap!
New users make an account to log in to the mobile app, while existing users can simply fill in their credentials and let Wallet sync other LastPass secure notes. Of course, you can view, modify and sync back these notes to all locations. Perhaps the best part about this app is that it really feels like a digitized wallet, with a multitude of templates for credit cards, memberships, licenses, passports and even sound clips and images!
Although you wouldn’t want to crowd the space with a lot of media files, you can save the audio files or pictures as attachments to your notes. With no worries about security because LastPass Wallet encrypts and decrypts the data you store, you also have tight features available to ensure that your data remains safe. For instance, you can choose “logout on close” which will log you out once you close the app, or ask for a “pin code prompt” every time you return to working with the app.
However, LastPass Wallet doesn’t yet allow access to attachments from other browsers, while syncing and accessing notes from various devices, computers and browsers is a given.
